Delivery
We try our best to deliver all merchandise to you in two weeks or less.
Charges
Please note your credit card will be billed as soon as your order ships. No additional shipping charges will be added to orders shipped within the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped into New York State.
Warranties
All items are warranted against manufacturer defect. We only use manufacturers who stand behind their product. Every product comes packed with an instructions sheet that includes an 800 number direct to the manufacturer. Please use these numbers first. If you are unable to get satisfaction contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to replace any defective parts or, if needed, a complete replacement will be sent.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item, at your expense, within 30 days. In order to receive your refund the product must be returned complete, in the original carton .
All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.To ensure that you are properly credited, please contact us so we may issue a Return Authorization number (RA#). We do not accept returns without an RA number. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.

Secure Ordering
All online transactions at Furniture Domain and other Yahoo! Stores are handled by
the Stronghold secure server, currently the second best selling secure server software,
and in our opinion, technically the best product. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL
encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an
encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk.
If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street,
you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a
secure Web site. According to CNN,
"The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for
consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions."
We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit
card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.
