We do our best to make sure all items ship to arrive within 3 weeks. If an item turns out to be on back order, we will let you know ASAP.
Please use the availability dates on the item page as a guide.Please measure to make sure the items you ordered will fit in your house.
If an item is refused because it does not fit, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, a back order does occur. If we are unable to ship your complete order, we will notify you within 3 business days. Many times, if it is a multiple item order we will ship less the backordered items, and we will ship those as soon as they are in stock again.
Your credit card will get charged 24-72 hours after you place your order. We have a "Pre-pay" policy to protect ourselves from fraudulent orders. No additional shipping charges will be added to orders shipped within the United States,
excluding Hawaii and Alaska. Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped into New York State.
Warranties & Returns
Please inspect all packages as soon as you receive delivery. Any damage, or defect must be reported within 5 days. Also, all original packaging must be saved.
All items are warranted against manufacturer defect. We only use manufacturers who stand behind their product. Every product comes packed with an instructions sheet that includes an 800 number direct to the manufacturer. Please use these numbers first. If you are unable to get satisfaction contact us immediately. Every effort will be made to replace or repair any defective parts. We require photos of all damages or defects be sent to us in order fpr your damage claim to be processed. If needed, a complete replacement will be sent. Please note, if your item arrives defective or damaged, and you decide you would like a full refund, you will be subject to the terms below. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 30 days. Even if an item is marked as "free shipping" you will be responsible for all shipping costs, both the inbound and outbound.
In order to receive your refund the product must be returned complete, in the original carton .You are responsible for all shipping costs on returned items.
To ensure that you are properly credited, please contact us so we may issue a Return Authorization number (RA#). We do not accept returns without an RA number. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing. Note, once an item has shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Please note, if you receive something damaged that is delivered by a trucking company other than UPS or FedEx, you must indicate this on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may jeopardize any refund, or replacement.Please note, Emeco products are non-returnable.
